Betty Lou Lamoreux Juvenile Justice Facility, Riverside, CA
New 300,000 square foot public facility consisting of courtrooms, holding and detention cells with all required support spaces. This building includes all required building systems, vandal resistant installations, comprehensive security and surveillance system as well as site utility distribution systems serving the facility. This project received the "Design for Excellence", first place for energy efficiency, awarded by Southern California Edison and "The Commissioner's Award for Energy Efficiency", sponsored by the California Energy Commission.
High Desert State Prison, Susanville, CA
Electrical engineering services for new $300 million, 325 acre, 2,250 beds for the California Department of Corrections. The prison provides for the confinement of general population, high/medium, maximum and minimum custody inmates who are willing to participate in vocational, academic, or support service programs.
California Department of Corrections, Repair & Maintenance
Open contract for design services for repair and maintenance of various correctional facilities throughout the State of California including a broad range of engineering services, varying in scope and construction cost, for ongoing maintenance requirements for the selected facilities.
Contra Costa Forensic Science Building, Public Safety Facility Complex, Martinez, CA
40,000 square foot forensic science facility consisting of laboratories, classrooms, morgue and support spaces. This building is interconnected with the electrical and communication systems for the county Sheriff's Facility as part of the overall campus distribution system.
Police Department Relocation, University of California, San Francisco, CA
Relocation of the existing University of California San Francisco campus security department including the provisions for new support areas and the relocation of the existing centralized communication and security equipment. This project includes the design of a new, dedicated standby emergency generator for police department security and communications equipment.
